I believe wholeheartedly that you are here for a specific purpose and reason ― something only you can do, with lives and circles of influence that only you can impact. Finding Your Purpose Through Your Story

Life always seems to make the most sense to me in hindsight. There’s no handbook or straight path to take along the way. Life is full of zigs and zags, detours, immense highs and crushing setbacks. When we live for the mountaintops, we can miss the vision and catalyst for change that comes delicately wrapped in the hard places.⁠

Never be ashamed of your story. If we allow him, God will use it to inspire and bring hope to others. It is often in the trenches of life that we discover our purpose. We need the kind of friends that will sit with us in those places to shine a light on the silver linings we sometimes miss. And we need to be those kinds of friends too.⁠

Everything we go through has the power to change us. Ultimately, we get to decide whether we allow it to cripple us, or to grow us. We can’t change what has happened to us but we can write a new chapter.

Discovering My Purpose

Watching my father slowly die of a cancer that should have been preventable and easily treatable broke me. ⁠I was devastated and motivated to help prolong his life. I wanted to understand what factors besides genetics could be to blame.

⁠It was then that I revamped my entire lifestyle and vowed to live my life differently. And when my own health suffered a sudden crash, I switched gears to become an Integrative Health Coach. ⁠I realized all of it was intricately woven into the fabric of my story. It’s been a personal journey for me ― one that ignited my passion for cleaner living and helping others.⁠⁠

I’m truly grateful to have discovered that and to be able to do what I love. Ultimately, I’m on a mission to help women create healthier, happier lives so they can feel their best, experience joy, and have the health to do the things that matter most to them.⁠

True happiness… is not attained through self-gratification, but through fidelity to a worthy purpose.”

I love this quote from Helen Keller, because for me, true happiness comes from living a life of purpose and impact. I don’t know about you, but I don’t want to look back at my life with regrets or allow myself to be held back from greater things and deeper relationships because of fear.
