I'm a firm believer that there's always a silver lining to life's challenges.
My motivation is grounded in my personal journey. Years ago, I was devastated when my father was diagnosed with an aggressive cancer. Motivated to prolong his life, I researched the possible causes of his illness, (discovering epigenetics), and together we revamped our entire lifestyles.
Then a few years after his death I found myself reverting to old ways of coping. I threw myself into busyness, often working until 1 and 2 am. I wasn't taking care of myself, and it eventually caught up to me with a health collapse. And it took years of determined work to take control of my health and combat burnout from overworking.
know from my own experience how powerful it is to have an advocate and health coach on your side. Using my personal experience and compassion, my greatest desire is to help people who feel “stuck” regain their lives.

P.S. When I'm not working with clients I enjoy spending time with my family (and fur babies), writing and speaking on wellesss topics, traveling, photography, and sipping matcha lattes.
