After losing my father to cancer, and going through a health crisis of my own, I upended everything I knew about taking care of myself and my loved ones.

After being shuffled from doctor to doctor- many not knowing, or not believing what was going on with me, I decided to learn everything I could about healing my body- becoming a certified Health Coach in the process.

Through my healing journey, I discovered that the way most high-achieving women care for themselves just doesn’t cut it. Especially when it comes to the missing link between their physical health and their stress levels. But I’m here to change all that.
