What is a Stress Management Coach?
Health coaches are health and wellness experts trained in the science of behavior change, motivational interviewing, and positive psychology.
They are supportive mentors who empower clients to achieve their personal health goals, to better manage chronic medical conditions, and restore their health. Through support, accountability, and a client-centered approach, health coaches help people make small sustainable lifestyle changes that lead to big improvements like increased confidence, resiliency, joy, and overall health.
Through stress management coaching, I specialize in helping my clients lead a balanced life they love (instead of one they want to escape from.) We’ll discuss problem areas in your life and mindset, and look for ways to improve your day-to-day life and overall health.

As an Integrative Health Coach, I view health and wellness from the perspective of what it means for you to thrive in harmony as a whole person: mind, body, and soul.

Chronic stress can be caused by anything from work to family to your personal life, and the way symptoms manifest are wide and varied—think headaches, insomnia, weight gain or loss, chronic pain, thinning hair, and more. I’ve been there myself, and know what it’s like to experience chronic symptoms that come from a stressful lifestyle. I spent years trying to restore my health, and I understand the journey of healing.
