This is a health coaching intensive where we’ll discuss problem areas in your life and mindset, and look for ways to improve your day-to-day life and overall health. 

  • Includes an initial 60-minute intensive 1:1 health coaching call tailored to your health and wellness goals.
  • Two 30-minute follow-up health coaching calls (scheduled bi-weekly).

Private 3 Month Health Coaching Investment – $1,250
($175 discount if paid in full, or 3 monthly payments of $475.)

  • Includes private 1:1 wellness coaching with close support and a customized health coaching plan tailored towards the health and life you desire.
